GENERAL USAGE PROTOCOL
Accessing the Titan Tech mainframe (the "Site") constitutes an immediate, binding agreement to these Terms of Engagement. By utilizing our technology, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these parameters.
Titan Tech reserves the right to modify these vectors at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new coordinates.
LIABILITY & SAFETY
CRITICAL SAFETY NOTICE: Our units deliver up to 4,000 Amps of peak current. Misuse may result in catastrophic hardware failure or injury.
Titan Tech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the improper deployment of our jump starters. The user assumes full tactical responsibility for following the "UltraSafe" manual procedures.
Do not attempt to jump start a frozen battery. Do not connect to a 24V system unless explicitly using a Pro-Series unit rated for such voltage.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All schematics, visual assets, code architectures, and "Titan Tech" branding elements found on this Site are the exclusive property of Titan Tech Inc. and are protected by international copyright laws.
- Unauthorized reproduction of product designs is strictly prohibited.
- Reverse engineering of the spark-proof circuitry will result in legal action.
TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
WARRANTY MATRIX
Our hardware is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.
EXCLUSIONS: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, flood, earthquake or other external causes. Opening the casing of any IP65 rated unit voids the seal and the warranty immediately.
